Review of Ithaca Bakery

Poor selection of take-home treats and staff are not very knowledgeable of gluten free needs. Ask for gluten free products and they direct you to their abysmal selection of bland, dry GF baked goods from a third party vendor. On top of that, it’s $4 for a cookie that I could barely get down one bite of. As far as menu items, the sandwiches are your only option but make sure they will prepare it without using the same spaces for toasting and cutting other bread. Even then I’m not sure I could say this place is safe for celiacs.
