The woman who runs this place was able to tell me every ingredient in all the dishes. She makes the mole herself and it’s gf. Also had a miso based seaweed soup and she showed me the miso package, all gf. Many of the items did contain gluten, but the staff was very aware to not to cross contaminate. The food was original and delicious, and I did not get sick. Will be back!
