100% Buckwheat Soba Noodles & gluten free tempura.

However the side dipping sauce contains soy sauce. I ordered the walnut ramen, dipped it in the raw egg on the side, added lots of salt & it was yummy. However I imagine it would be even more delicious if you brought your own GF soy sauce !
