Be sure to get the staff who understand celiac, and who speak English. The complementary chips they start with are NOT gluten free - deep fried in a non-dedicated fryer. Some wait staff will bring you plain corn tortillas instead. Some want to charge a great deal for them - sort of silly, as the chips are the same tortillas quartered and fried. The gluten free codes on the menu are not reliable - some associated with fried items. They are very aware of which sauces have gluten. All that said, there are many good options and cross contamination has not been a problem for me.
The food is amazing and many things can be made gluten free. I had the trio enchiladas and they were fantastic!
Staff is really knowledgeable and great gluten free options.
