I'yara Thai Cuisine Auburn

I was a bit nervous to try a new place, but I found a reference to them having gluten free options on Yelp. Nothing is marked on their menu, so I gave them a call and they said the pad Thai can be made gluten free. My phone got disconnected so I couldn’t press for details.

I decided to order online and made a note **GLUTEN FREE**, and when I picked it up I verified that it came through on the ticket just as I had put it in.

I asked the woman I picked it up with if other dishes could be made gluten free and she said yes, and that ordering online is a good way to do it. She said a lot of the stir fry dishes could be made gluten free, but to ask. Unfortunately the Pad See Eew can NOT be GF, neither can the beef & broccoli.

My pad Thai was DELICIOUS! A bit different than others I’ve had but it was so so good. I hope others try it and share their experiences.
