I always have a good experience here, even when I was very symptomatic and sensitive. The staff is mostly very knowledgeable and when they're not they've asked for help from someone else who does know what can be made safely, and they have tamari so I don't have to *go without* on the soy sauce front. Lots of GF options and everything is delicious.
