Amazing experience! Almost everything is gluten free (including the tempura, soy sauce, etc). The waiter told us they switched to a new gluten free tempura batter just this week so there are a lot more gluten free options, and for the options that aren’t gluten free (just the buns and gyoza) they offer a gluten free alternative with rice paper. The staff were really well educated about gluten and celiac disease and very helpful. The food was also delicious. Overall an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back.
