I am not celiac but intolerant, so I thought it would be safe for me to go despite no dedicated fryer/same water review below since that’s usually fine for me. However, I was very sick within minutes of eating here. They have labels on their menu items as gluten free or gluten free option, but this does not guarantee safety. I ordered the chicken karaage which was marked as gluten free option and my server confirmed they were gluten free, and then got sick afterwards. I also suspect that their soy sauce broth when you order gluten free ramen is not gluten free.
In short, do not go here if you have any level of gluten sensitivity. I don’t trust their knowledge or menu labeling.

Many gluten free options on the menu, but there is no dedicated fryer and they cook their rice noodles in the same wAter as their ramen noodles. NOT celiac safe
