I was a bit nervous to try this restaurant because of the lack of reviews online, but I’m so glad I did! The folks working there were very knowledgeable about gluten-free and cross contamination, and there is a gluten free menu (~60% of the regular menu with some modifications). They were able to fry a tofu dish separately for me, though some fried foods were off limits if they were cooked in the shared fryer. They had gluten free tamari for my sashimi. They even had a GF ice cream that came in its own single portion cup. The food was so delicious. And the best part of all: I didn’t get sick!
