Op de menukaart staan de allergieen aangeven. Van te voren even aangeven dat je glutenvrij moet eten en je krijgt een aparte tablet en glutenvrije soyasaus! Dankzij deze tablet komt de glutenvrije sushi ook apart. Het enige waar je op moet letten is welk nummertje jij bent, bij twijfel altijd even navragen voor welke tablet het is, en dat je van het goede bordje eet ;)
