I was asking them about ingredients and mentioned my celiac diagnosis and server offered me gluten free pizza and asked what I wanted on it and customized it for me. They then brought the whole thing out to me (pizza buffet) asked me how much I wanted then told me the rest could be on the warmer but they couldn't promise it wouldn't be cross contaminated at that point. Server let them know that he had informed the kitchen that I have Celiac and it was prepared separately for me. Such great service and help. Will definitely be back.

Izzy’s is a buffet-style restaurant with pizza, grill items, buffet items, and a huge salad bar. They have a menu at the front desk that identifies gluten free foods. They specially made me a gluten free pizza, offered me however much I wanted, then put the rest out on the buffet. The food is excellent, and that pizza was the best one I’ve had since I had to remove gluten from my diet. The salad bar is excellent. They offered a chili salmon, a steak, and baked cod as gluten free grill items.This is not a dedicated kitchen, so I recommend Izzy’s for gluten sensitive people and suggest that celiac folks stick to the salad bar. There are a lot of options there.
