Review of J. Alexander's

I used to work here in college and know the customer service standard is high so I had high hopes. But they weren't knowledgeable about gluten in their food. The server didn't know what was in the queso, the salmon dip, tortilla chips or salad dressings. Don't even get the steak - one of them is marinaded in soy sauce for days, the other in au jus, and they're cooked on the same grill.
