They said they had an open kitchen and couldn’t guarantee avoiding cross-contamination. The server was great and helped me find what didn’t have gluten on the menu and they tried to avoid cross-contamination, but it definitely didn’t work because my meal put me out of commission for the rest of the night almost immediately. If anyone goes, I got a grilled chicken breast and a baked potato. Very yummy but not safe
