J & Y Sushi Restaurant

This place is great. I love their sushi. Most of their sauces are not gluten free. However they do provide gluten free soy sauce.

They are knowledgeable, just let your server know you cannot have gluten.

I am celiac and highly sensitive to cross contamination. I have had zero issues eating here. I trust them totally.
