Now called J BIRD SMOKED MEATS. Absolutely amazing!! We just moved to town and this was the first place we tried, and oh my gosh I’m so glad we did. It will be a regular spot for us from now on. The food was amazing and our server, Eric, was phenomenal! I have celiac, and their staff is the most accommodating and knowledgeable I have come across to date! 1,000/10 would recommend. Ordered the family style platter with my boyfriend and they made sure to bring our sides out on separate plates and the kitchen made sure to inform me that one of the chicken dishes we ordered had soy sauce and advised me not to try it because they couldn’t confirm which bottle of soy sauce they used to know if it was gf or not

Server was somewhat knowledgeable, even brought the cook out to double check. No separate fryer, but will cook fries in pan. Only 1 bbq sauce was not GF. Food and service was great!

Food is great, but beware if you have celiac disease. They use a common frier. When i insisted that I can't have food from a frier that fries breaded foods, they first gave me a disgusted stare, then offered to saute my fries ... but fried them in the frier anyway. It took me weeks to heal.

I got the yard chips. They were good. They have a gf menu and the waitress answered my questions. As far as BBQ goes it was decent.
