They have two choices for crust - rice and cauliflower. They are both a good flavor. I’m not a huge cauliflower fan, but I couldn’t tell the difference. They take precautions while preparing. I’ve never had a problem eating there.

I’ve been going to their several locations for years now, they use quality ingredients (boars head) and make delicious quality pizzas. They offer a gluten free crust and a cauliflower crust that’s also GF. I personally recommend the cauliflower crust, my favorites are the chicken bacon ranch or the taco pizza!

J.Burns poisoned me with gluten even after I advised that I had celiac disease! Puked my guts out 2 hours after eating their “gluten free “ pizza!

They offer a rice or cauliflower crust. I had the rice crust and it was really good. It was a thin crust, but soft. I'm sick of crunchy cracker crust, so this was nice. My 5 year old and ate until we were stuffed and still had some left. Prices are averagem
