Knowledgeable staff and safely conscious. If the server wasn’t sure, she asked. Even the manager/owner? who I talked to upon arrival said to get him if I have questions. Decor is dated but to find a place a Celiac can eat and not get sick is priceless. Food was delicious. All 3 of us enjoyed our meals (mine the only gf meal).

They no longer have a GF menu. Waiter was good and remembered most of what on the menu was GF, but had to ask about everything.

Gluten Intolerant

Overall I had a great experience at Carolina Blue! It was a little rocky at first because we mistakenly didn’t have a waiter assigned to us but once that was figured out our waitress was wonderful. Unfortunately, and contrary to other reviews here, there is no specific gluten free menu. They also do not have gluten free buns so my goal of having a burger was thwarted. My options were slim but the salad I got was so delicious and the service was great!
