Review of J Gardella's Tavern

I asked for the Aztec salad and the cooks to change gloves. About halfway through the salad, I start feeling a bit off. There wasn't anything in my salad that they would have to exclude so I don't think they were very careful in the kitchens and the waitress didn't look like she knew anything about celiacs.
