Wonderful classy seafood and fish restaurant. Quality food, great ambience.
The staff really took care of me and made sure my food was safe. They cooked my food in a separate pan and reassured me that they had done so.
My food came out with a gluten free sticker on the plate too, which was reassuring to see.
An allergens menu is available online. Some items are off limits - e.g the chips due to there being no dedicated fryer. There are lots of GF options though (including the mash potato), so don’t let that put you off. They even provided me with GF bread on arrival, and it was nice bread - I couldn’t even tell it was GF!
It’s not cheap, so if you’re looking to treat yourself, or want to visit a very traditional British restaurant that has been around for over 100 years, this is your place to go!
