No advertised gluten free but the workers knew exactly what to take off a signature dish and what to substitute to make it GF! I had the Redondo, in a seaweed wrap with spicy mayo! And they had gluten free soya sauce

Counter was super helpful with modifying order to make it gluten free. They have a menu at the desk which shows what is gf/what isn’t. I told them it was an allergy and they changed gloves and used a clean knife and cutting board. It was a great experience and food was amazing.
