They have a separate gluten free menu. I was assured that the food was prepared in a separate area and the grill would be cleaned before cooking gf food. I had the carne asado tacos and did not get sick. I specified with the server that I was ordering off the gluten free menu and she made a note to the kitchen for an allergy.
