I have eaten here several times before without issue but I went for dinner last night and ordered a salad with grilled chicken and specified to the waiter that I have a gluten allergy. When I was halfway through eating my salad, I found two pieces of pasta at the bottom of my plate. I would not recommend eating here if you have a severe allergy. Very disappointing.

A Ritz property, the staff is extremely well trained and well informed as to how to deal with food allergies. They have a dedicated gluten free frier, so I was so HAPPY to have yummy French fries! They offer GF buns, bread, etc. Excellent food, service AND atmosphere!

Stayed at the Ritz for a little “get away” and the staff was very nice and understanding of celiac. They have separate friers. We went to breakfast in the morning and our server knew about celiac and made sure that everything I ate was made separately—unfortunately there is not a lot of options (I have berries and yogurt with honey). I ordered fish tacos at the pool and the server seemed overwhelmed, and I did get sick. But I tried them again and told him to cook the fish in a separate pan with just salt and pepper and use lettuce instead of tortillas and I didn’t get sick!

I ordered the Cioppino. It was fantastic. They also had two types of gluten-free breads. In addition, they sometimes have GF pasta, but did not have it tonight. Lastly, they had two desserts, creme brûlée and key lime pie. Both were excellent. No negative reaction. Would return.

We weren’t too hungry so I just had the shrimp cocktail and a Cesar salad. Both were excellent and they made accommodations on the salad. Great service and knowledgeable.

They have gluten free bread and fries in a dedicated fryer. My daughter enjoyed the GF grilled cheese and fries. However, they could easily add in GF pastas to take it up a notch.

Ate here 3 times on vacation. Staff was over the top with accommodations. Gluten free bread, dedicated fryer, dedicated toaster, and dedicated kitchen space. I’ve never felt so safe eating out! Amazing

Having not seen any reviews on here regarding GF at Jack Dusty I was a little weary but no need to worry. I emailed the manager a week out asking about GF options and he called me saying that their kitchen will make whatever we are feeling like. This is a restaurant in the Ritz so you get the Ritz service which makes it better. They brought out GF bread which was just soft and moist enough. Their kitchen made our seafood entrees custom to make sure no gluten or cross contamination was involved and there were no side affects later. If you want a fine dining place that has great views, service, and GF food check this place out.
