Get there early on Sunday mornings If you want to avoid the lines. It’s all about the gluten-free pancakes for me. They can make many of their menu items gluten-free but the tiramisu pancakes are amazing. Sausage patties and pork belly are better than the average breakfast sides. This was a nice find while traveling through Cleveland.

The staff made the food fast and the plates of gluten free food tasted amazing. The only downside is that there was a somewhat long wait to get in.

Decent amount of gluten free options. However I got an upset stomach shortly after I started to eat. I don’t think I necessarily ate gluten but maybe there was some cross contamination. The place was extremely busy and waiters seemed a little frazzled. I was sitting next to the kitchen and they were having some problem too with tickets. Some maybe depending on how sensitive you are would depend on if you go.

Gluten free pancakes. Didn’t actually taste them. I ordered the old standard while my bf ordered these. I got a stomach ache after starting to eat so didn’t want to take any further chance.
Gluten free old standard- 2 eggs, meat and hash or grits. Decently good but nothing to write home about. My stomach got upset shortly after eating but not my usual reaction.

I didn't want to even give this a full star. The wait for my order was over 30mins and when I got my GF pancakes they broke apart and were burnt. They taste horrible! Also, they cook all the food on the same grill so if you're extremely sensitive don't eat here.

Long wait and food isn’t great at all. I had the buckwheat pancakes they where so sweet I felt sick after 4 bites. Small portions and pricey for what it is. Very loud also.

The Gluten free flap jacks were okay, not the best. They had plenty of other options though and amazing service. Would recommend but a little pricey.

Gluten free pancakes are good! A little over priced and a long wait but worth it for some good pancakes.

Expensive prices for not very good food. The buckwheat pancakes were burnt and fell apart immediately. I would not recommend.

Love the vibe & the food!! You can see the cook so you know that they have cleaned all of the utensils and the grill top. I lived the basic breakfast and the buckwheat pancakes with cinnamon butter!! Going back again today!! Celiac happiness!!

I had a terrific meal at Flap Jack Flaps and can't wait to go back. The our server Robin was very aware of celiac requirements and she made every effort to accommodate my diet. The grill was cleaned before cooking my food.I had the Benedicto Mexicano and it was awesome. Very original and worth coming back for. There are a lot of choices including pancakes, the Vietnamese sausage was excellent. My gluten eating friend had the PB &J French toast and it looked amazing. There is a GF tiramisu on the menu that I'm getting for sure next time I get back to Cleveland.
