The wait staff is very aware of celiac and gluten sensitivity. The waiter was able to talk me through everything on the menu that is safe to eat. He did inform me that there isn’t a dedicated fryer. Nothing on the menu is labeled but the wait staff will show you what’s safe and how to order it. The waiter told me that he will inform the kitchen staff to take proper precautions
