Review of Jack's Oyster House

Pricey, classic splurge restaurant safe for celiacs in New York's capital city. Multiple GF menu options. Wait staff knowledgeable and accommodating, providing plain oil & vinegar on the side rather than house dressing. I had the steamed lobster (hard to get gluten-ed by that). Celiacs with high sensitivity might want to ask how the various other menu options (including Steak Diane!) are prepared.
