Review of Jack's Pizza

I chose to come here based on reviews, which was a huge mistake. Unfortunately the sweet old Italian man that runs the store doesn't understand that gluten is in all wheat flour. The eggplant on my pizza (I forgot to ask how it was cooked) was fried in breadcrumbs, not flour, so it was "gluten free" according to him. This is not recommended and I am now experiencing the beginning effects of being glutened.
