We go often because I have lots of great options for gluten free. Food is good and always consistent. Service in the dining area is excellent is great and I never feel sick from any gluten, once Im done dining.

Located this place via Findmeglutenfree. I was super impressed. The staff understood what Celiac was, I had a greater burger and GF bun… and best of all my first ever gluten free beer! I didn’t write this report until the day after…. You know why…. All is ok.

Daughter and I are both celiac. The wait staff was helpful and accommodating; taking our disease seriously. Separate fryer upon request, and gluten free buns for the burgers.

I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve always had a great experience. Knowledgeable servers, gluten free burger buns, and they have a dedicated fryer for their sweet potato fries!

Jacks prime is amazing! GF bun for the burgers and all the fries (regular and sweet potato fries) can be made GF! They are very careful and this was a great experience!

This is a go to for us! Hamburger on gf bun, fries and some shakes are safe! They are careful and I would say out of about 50 visits... only 2 reactions. Both times were on a busy night. Staff is wonderful!

Celiac friendly?

They told me it was a gluten free bun and it wasn't. I got sick. I think they just say what they think you want to hear.

I emailed the manager with a lot of questions and he sent me a list of their allergens. They have a dedicated fryer so all the fries are okay to eat. They have GF buns but I usually get lettuce wraps. Lots of options.

Although the staff claims to "get it" I've gotten sick here too many times. I wish the old manager would come back! The owner just tells you what he thinks you want to hear - and in my case that least to dangerous things. Stay away, celiacs. Stay away.
