I visited here recently (Feb 2024) and loved it. The staff were very kind and were also extremely accommodating and were very good at communicating with me about the kitchen set up and dishes available to me. Two of the staff members were particularly kind and helpful, our server Georgie even got the chefs to open up a separate fryer for me! We also then had a good chat with Ben, another staffer who is also coeliac, which made me feel right at ease and gave me so much confidence that they could provide a safe meal for me. I ordered the bad boy burger with fries, and it was really delicious. I had had a lot of trouble trying to find safe restaurants in the valley, but Jacks was perfect. Our food took a little bit longer to arrive, but that only added to the experience, and I felt so safe and listened to.

Ordered 2 gluten free burgers - great GF buns (although the waiter mentioned that they had been out of them recently) and he also noted that there might be cross contamination with fries.
Burger was excellent, service was snappy (even though we were outside as it was crowded on a wet January day).
Would definitely recommend
