Upscale Italian restaurant with a dedicated GF fryer, GF pasta, and pizzas. One of the owners has celiac and has been training the kitchen and staff. Items on the menu are marked GF but you will need to specify. One of the other people at my table ordered the calamari and it was not GF - my server made sure I knew that even though I hadn't ordered it. I had risotto and salmon and had no reaction!
