Really unhelpful service. She was completely put out and irritated by my questions regarding cross contamination. The griddle is shared, so GF pancakes are not celiac safe. I have no idea if the fryer was safe, she clearly either wasn't interested in helping me, or has no clue what I meant. We left out of frustration.

I'm gluten intolerant and really love Jacques Cafe. I've been here several times and am still exploring new items on their menu--there's so much here I can eat! And it's all been impressively good. The food is healthy (organic, grass-fed, hormone-free), delicious, and beautiful. And it's reasonably priced with many delicious and filling options for under $10. So far I've really enjoyed the quinoa plate (the delicious toppings included roasted brussel sprouts, blueberries, avocado, and sesame sticks), the rustic medley salad, the lentil soup (a special, with sausage in it). yummmmm. It's fast to get here from Red Rock Canyon via 215 and Summerlin Parkway. [Edit 1 day later: I just spent a bad night trying to digest my most recent Jacques meal: the gluten-free edamame linguini. So although it was tasty, I won't be having the GF pasta again.]

So far I love this place! Lots of gluten free options, including a pastry case that I can actually choose items from! I can't do milk, though, so some of the chocolate items are off-limits (jut the ones with chocolate chips, their cocoa powder in the chocolate muffins doesn't contain milk, I was told). I love the cranberry and blueberry muffins. The owner is very helpful, and very into health. The staff is all friendly, but some of them seem very confused. It's a newer place, so they're just getting their bearings, maybe?I'm looking forward to them getting more confident in their coffee drinks. They do have almond and soy, so ideally I'd like them to replace my Starbucks addiction (in the same shopping center). They even have a beautiful patio area.
