Review of Jae's Asian Bistro and Sushi

Among the best sushi restaurants I've been to, all was melt-in-your-mouth tender, great flavor and nice size/quantity. Waitress and other staff were very knowledgeable about gluten, had Tamari sauce available, many selections to choose from. I'll be back next trip to Seattle!
