I can't say what the pizza is like because it isn't safe for a celiac. Though they have gf pizza dough, I grilled them about handling processes after I was told he's "pretty sure it wouldn't be cross-contaminated." They use the same sauce, cheese and toppings that are used with wheat-based pizza so there would definitely be cross-contamination. Other reviews said gf pizza is good. Just not safe for celiacs (sadly)
