Jake’s is a hidden gem of Salunga, PA. Went there for our first time and we were VERY pleased. My wife is GF and she had the GF hash ( corn beef cubes, home fries, caramelized onions, & brussel sprouts covered with a mustard sauce) Excellent! I had the fried chicken it too was excellent. They have a dedicated fryer and a very knowledgeable & friendly staff. We highly recommend.

Wow! This is the sweetest little restaurant. My daughter loved the fried chicken and French fries. Everything that goes into the fryer is gluten free! My husband had standard breakfast fare. Both are super sensitive celiacs and had zero reaction. The staff knows what they are doing. All of the food we had was so delicious! I highly recommend.

Great little gem of a place. Very knowledgeable and great food. Menu is marked but they make many items work

When I asked about gluten free options, the waitress went right to the manager who helped me figure out what I could eat. I also have a dairy restriction, so he suggested the squash bowl without the gravy (buttermilk). It was fantastic and I waited 3 days before posting this to ensure I didn't get sick. No issues, will go again!

Staff very knowledgeable about cross contamination. All the egg dishes could be made gluten free and they have a dedicated gluten free fryer. They use skillets to prevent cross contamination. The corned beef hash with gluten free home fries was very good.

Omg. Corned beef hash is delicious and gluten free! Fried chicken is amazing too! I’ll be back!

Absolutely spectacular restaurant. I had the corn beef hash and a fried chicken side. The fried chicken (and everything fried) is gluten free. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating.

Most of the menu is not gluten free, but there are plenty of good things to eat for me (celiac).

10/10, would recommend.
