Not Celiac friendly. I was assured by 4 employees that the tortilla chips had a dedicated fryer. So I started eating them. I then discussed with my waitress what I could order. She came back a few minutes later and told me the enchilada sauce is not gluten free and everything is cooked in the same fryer so the chips I ate were cross contaminated. It is now 6 hours later and I'm definitely having a reaction.
