Went for dinner while visiting area. I told the server about having gluten issues and she amazingly helpful. She even checked on what chicken broth was used in the kitchen to make sure it was good for me. The first dish I ordered ended up having gluten, so she came back immediately to let me know. We went over the menu again, and she recommended the shrimp tacos. They were delicious. They do not have separate fryers but other than that, there was a lot of options and great staff willing to help.

Went on Cinco de Mayo. Limited menu. Staff assured me they knew what was GF. chips are cooked in a shared fryer. Had a salad with shredded chicken and got sick.
I love how they have a dedicated fryer and always give me corn tortillas. Just be specific and they'll take good care of you.
