Review of Jalisco Restaurant

We went here without a reservation. Although it seemed busy, we could get a table. We asked for the gluten free options. During the conversation I must say that their knowledge about gluten and cross contamination was very good. The waitress showed us the guaranteed gluten free options which were quite enough. All we ordered was very tasty and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. I did not check the kitchen. Based on the conversation with the waitress we felt comfortable and relied on the kitchen being in control regarding gluten. Surely would go back if we ever visit Watsonville again. Four hearts on safety, since it is not a dedicated gluten free restaurant, but I trusted them completely.
