I Love Jamaican food, so I know a little bit about how some of the food is prepared. My brother took us there for dinner and I spoke with the owner and tweaked the menu a little bit to accommodate my allergy. My food was absolutely delicious. No tingling or feeling sick! I Loved it!! ♥Gluten Friendly Naturally there are an abundance of entrees that are prepared that do not call for gluten
