Nikki's review aligns more with my experience. My waitress, Ashley appeared to be knowledgeable about foods that I should avoid containing gluten. I also have a dairy allergy however so that makes my choices a bit more limited. I ordered the Pork Loin with a potato galete brussels sprouts & yellow squash. I loved the potato & veggies & ate every bite, but I agree with that part of Lex's review who said that the Pork was dry & tasteless. The cherry sauce served with it didn't even help the taste & I only ate a couple of bites, but I didn't complain. I really appreciated the ambiance inside as well beautiful landscaping outside.
I have had issues with the wait staff here as well. The food was good, but very risky.

The chef brags endlessly about himself on the menus and on the website but did not deliver. The waitress was not knowledgeable about gluten free food and they had a very tough time accommodating my needs. I ended up with pork which was disgustingly seasoned and way dry and over cooked. They had the ability to make food look pretty but nothing tasted good.... not even the coffee!!!! Afterwards, even though I hardly ate bite of food.... they INSISTED on charging me!!! My date had to fight just to get my meal half off! I will never eat there again and I tell everyone my horror story. How dare a chef brag as if he is Gordon Ramsey and then cook carp and charge for it!
They do not have a specific GF menu at this time but many things are already GF. Items that may not be GF can be altered. The wait staff and chef are knowledgable and very willing to work with anyone who has a sensitivity or intolerance. They have many GF desert options including flourless chocolate cake! The ingredients are fresh and local. I highly recommend JATM when looking for a nice, slightly more upscale meal in the NWA area.
