Stopped in on the way through town. Very surprised that it was located in a historic district that looks straight out of Hallmark!
It was 12pm when we arrived and the folks there were so nice and happy to explain all the options for GF, DF and sugar free. Apparently the owner’s family is celiac and her husband is diabetic. Her goal is to have something for at all times for folks with food issues like us. The lady informed me that they always change utensils, pans and gloves for safety.
IG and Facebook posts reflect their offerings of the day including the GF options. Today they had mini pumpkin loaves, mini banana bread loaves and brownies. They also had some GF bread for sandwiches. Lettuce wraps and bowls are options too. Monin syrups are used (GF) for beverages.
