Hi, I am a barista here, and I have celiac disease and I am symptomatic.

If you are severely allergic:

I would recommend only getting a flavored latte/mocha as they are the only things truly GF. The powders all have serious cross contamination and would not be safe.

If you are just avoiding gluten:

I recommend everything! Drink wise at least!

Janeen (the owner) also started carrying GF goodies from Dolci Belli, a local who has a GF home kitchen. We have brownies (the best brownie ever) and Millionaires Shortbread (thick shortbread, a caramel layer, and topped with chocolate ganache). They are so good, and are guaranteed GF. We also carry GF oatmeal, in an assortment of flavors (certified).
