Terrific Salvadorian restaurant with homemade Pupusas that are Nima tested GF. They grind their corn masa daily and you can taste and smell it's freshness. Many varieties of filling. My sampling of the Chicarrones and the Bean and Cheese were delicious. Also has entree dishes of shrimp and traditional meats with rice and beans. Menu says they do corn based empanadas as well but I didn't try. I didn't ask about the frier for plantains but I think there's a good chance it's safe. A real casual, reasonably priced local gem.
