Staff/manager very educated on cross contamination and went above and beyond for celiac son. Menu not marked GF so ask to talk to chef- they had Separate oil pan for fries, GF pasta, Udi’s buns. Ate there three times with son this week and he was safe and we all enjoyed the meals.
Five stars for the gluten free accommodation, four stars for the food and prices. Although there was no separate gluten free menu, the server was able to articulate which items they could prepare gluten free, including the grouper special that night, which was naturally gluten free. They provided gluten free toast with honey butter, which was excellent. I preferred the Ocean Room, at the other end of the hotel.
