when telling manager they needed to take extra precautions when making/handling my son's baked potato and sandwich, he not only told the staff, but also wrote out big on the ticket the staff uses to fill order. they wrapped the sandwich in paper and sealed with a gluten sensitive label. they also packaged the baked potato in container with lid and applied a gluten sensitive label. we were dining in and they still packaged as if it was a to go order to try and prevent cross contamination. it may not be totally free of cross contamination, but they change gloves before making the order and take special care where they can. if you are not really, really sensitive, you should be ok .. didn't hurt my son's stomach. otherwise, if you are extremely sensitive, there are definitely chances of cross contamination.
