My boyfriend has celiac dx and when I let the hostess know, she went to find her manager. He came out to speak with us in person, letting us know what strategies he would use to prepare a gluten free meal and how they would be preventing cross contamination. For the rest of our visit, they checked in with us, and were vigilant about checking their ingredients. They were attentive, patient, and so kind. So appreciated as this is a burger place and I was pretty much prepared for them to politely let us know they couldn’t guarantee gluten-free. Instead, they went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Jasper’s serves a variety of different burgers. Ours were pretty good. We had to forego their usual seasoning, as it is made with a wheat product. So, it’s probably not their fault it wasn’t quite “excellent”.
