Review of Jasper's Italian Restaurant

My family went here after Christmas. Our waiter was a young man. I spoke with him about my son having celiac. I even add severe gluten allergy in case a waiter is unfamiliar with celiac.

I was diligent and went over everything we ordered to confirm it was gf. I even asked her he tells the chef. My son why diagnosed the past summer.

He assured me that everything was gf. When my son got the gf pasta and Alfredo, his stomach hurt almost instantly. Like we had to get our bill and wrap it up. I have read that there Alfredo is not gf. Very frustrating. My son was really sick that whole night and into the next day.

Unfortunately, I would not return. I even told the waiter that I believed he had received gluten. He could see my 11 year old son was sick, but didn’t really have much to say.
