The staff had no idea what gluten was. They have a sign for gluten free items and I asked what they had today, and she offered me a vegan cookie. I asked if it was gluten free, and she just kept saying it was vegan. Then she offered me quiche, and I had to explain to her that gluten was in wheat. She was really confused, and I don’t think I could have gotten anything without a high risk of getting sick. AVOID !!!
