Amazing food! Had the Kauai Cubano sandwich on GF bread and the iced Mac nut latte, both were AMAZING!!! Cute place that did not disappoint.

The service wasn’t good. I asked the lady taking orders if the bacon was gluten free and she gave me a look and said “it’s just bacon”. The food was good I got the club with gluten free tortilla and the iced mocha and had no problems🙂

I did not find that the staff cared at all to accommodate. They were out of several GF items leaving me with very limited (and fairly modified) options. The food was fine. Just not a fun vibe!

I was hoping to order the surfer girl sandwich on gluten free bread, but both regular and gluten free bread are toasted in the same toaster. I was also informed that the same cutting boards are used for all tortillas. I decided to get the sandwich as a bowl with just eggs and toppings. It was decent, but I was bummed to not be able to actually eat any of the “gluten free” carb options and a little scared while eating due to lack of cross contamination control. However, I did not get sick from my meal!

Staff was somewhat reluctant to help with my allergy but then did use gloves and accommodate. I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination and did fine eating sandwich on GF bread-delicious! Baked good options too but the baker wasn’t there and couldn’t tell me if almond flour was used which is my other allergy.

I wouldn't say this was the most gluten free friendly place, but they do offer gluten free bread & desserts. (If you're a sensitive Celiac, skip it.) I had the surfer girl breakfast sandwich on gf bread and it was delicious! Great espresso bar too.

I got a breakfast sandwich on gf bread. The bread was delicious and staff made sure to state it was gf when he handed it to me so I felt more at ease. The coffee is also amazing!

Loved this cafe. My son who has Celiac was able to get a breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread and a gluten free Banana muffin. They have many other options including smoothies and açaí bowls.

Had breakfast here. The power bowl (eggs, bacon, fresh mozzarella, pesto, sprouts and beets) was so incredibly good. Woman working the register is very knowledgeable about gluten free. They make their own bread in-house, so it looks like pretty much anything on their breakfast or lunch menu could be modified to be GF.

Great coffee and the most AMAZING gluten free morning glory muffin!! I had their GF banana nut muffin the day before and that was great too. make sure you get there early to get the muffins!

The GF options are hit and miss. We tried coming on a Thursday and they didn't have any GF options. We tried again on a Saturday and the mint chocolate mousse bar was amazing. The banana macadamia nut muffins were good too.

The best part is that most of their GF offerings are also Vegan, making them Dairy-free as well. Very friendly staff and good coffee. They offer the best range of alternative milks (soy, rice, & almond). Recommend the Caramel MacNut bar (GF & vegan).
