Review of Java Surf ViBe District

We ate breakfast there this morning, two celiac & two GF sensitive in our party. They seem to be very knowledgeable about GF and accommodate very well. Food was good.

Unfortunately, I will never return. They were arrogant. When asked about how they prepared the food, i.e. separate surface, etc., the owner rudely said "If we didn't it wouldn't be gluten free". We got past that comment and decided to return and have breakfast, only to be met with an arrogant waiter. Also, you get nickled and dimed for everything. I ordered scrambled eggs and bacon and got charged an extra $1. When I asked the waiter about it, he said because I made it a platter...I asked do you really charge and extra $1 for two scrambled eggs and bacon because I didn't get it on bread and he replied yes that's right.

Who cares about a dollar, but treat your guests with some respect.
