The owner of this food truck is awesome, and knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac safe. Be sure to ask about all ingredients included in any of the crepes as my son accidentally ordered one with gluten ingredients inside his GF crepe. The owner graciously made a new one and it was a good reminder to always verify all the ingredients.
