Per the manager, nothing they serve is gluten free including grilled meats and salsa. He said almost everything has Chicken Base in it and that the Chicken Base they use is definitely not gluten free. When pushed, he said the best they could do is grill an unseasoned piece of meat and steam some vegetables, but said that wheat flour is “flying around the kitchen”. They were incredibly unaccommodating and uncaring. We will never go there again. It is a shame that I am forced to give them one star.

If you are celiac DO NOT EAT HERE. I have eaten here a couple times in the past and been fine with just the garlic shrimp dish, but nothing else is safe. The chips are cross contaminated. I tried to venture out and order the shrimp Navidad and veggie fajitas, which we asked our waiter multiple times to confirm they would both be gluten free and check with the chef. After eating both dishes, the waiter came back and said the sauce on the shrimp had flour on it. I immediately freaked out and we asked to speak to the manager, who then told us “he thinks” they were both gluten free. After checking with the chef, he said the broccoli sauce had flour in it. We said it was unacceptable since we informed them of the allergy and the manager said “it wasn’t their fault” and that “the allergy is my problem”. I will never come back.
